In 2011, Petpooja started as a B2B food delivery model. Realising the struggles of restaurants due to outdated technology, PetPooja founders pivoted to develop a robust, user-friendly billing software.
Petpooja is now the go-to billing solution for a variety of food service businesses, making daily operations seamless and promoting sustainability.
The client recognized the necessity for improved user navigation, aiming for effortless access to pertinent menus with minimal clicks. The platform required a comprehensive redesign. Moreover, in alignment with their brand identity, the design needed to harmonise seamlessly with their distinctive brand values and image.
In response, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of the platform to address the client's needs for improved navigation and enhanced on-the-go usability.
