Project Overview

Challenge faced by client

We undertook the development of a WOGOM project, adhering to a B2B2C e-commerce model. Defining the business model and logic posed challenges, particularly in managing intricate pricing and commission structures for product listings, as well as addressing the complexities of handling multiple variations of a single product.

Despite these hurdles, we successfully crafted an application that caters to the needs of both retailers and virtual retailers, enabling them to sell and expand their businesses without the necessity of storing physical stock in individual retail shops.

Solution we offered

We engaged in extensive discussions with clients to grasp the intricacies of their business models. Using insights from these talks, we developed tailored logic aligned with their business model. Notably, we implemented a customizable admin menu and a product comparison feature to enhance user experience.

For retailers, we introduced a 'Cash On Counter' payment option, allowing cash payments at the shop counter via QR Code scanning. Additionally, we integrated third-party solutions like Cash Free and Wati for WhatsApp notifications, contributing to a robust e-commerce platform tailored to the client's specific needs.
